One of the unique features of the Trident solution is our cloud-based routing engine, Nautilus. Our on-premises appliance communicates with ODN’s cloud infrastructure via a secure, lossless, multi-path data link. Over this data link Nautilus can detect QoS, quota, or security alarms and send instructions back tothe edge to mitigate against these events.

Our Process
1. Pre-Network Planning
Speak with a specialized engineer regarding your project. Be it one site or your whole network, we'll work with you to provide your options for connectivity, from GEO, LTE, or LEO. IP routing to installation, we'll get you what you need
2. Hardware and Software Configuration
ODN will configure and pre-test your hardware components to the highest standards before anything goes out. Software will be set-up to your network specifications and tested for all scenarios.
3. Installation
Whether you choose to install your hardware yourself or have one of ODN's experienced field technicians do it, your network will start to come online. Each site is further tested immediately after installation>
4. Monitor and Support
After each site and your complete network is online, our NOC team will monitor performance at all sites to confirm the highest efficiency. Any configuration changes can be made automatically or remotely, if necessary.
Our Company
1980 - 2000
ODN begins life as Heifner Communications. An early provider of satellite broadcast television services, both to residential customers and commercial clients.
2001 - 2005
Now ODN, our efforts turn towards two way data satellite services. Mostly for commercial customers and schools.
2006 - 2017
ODN shifts its focus towards providing satellite solutions for public safety and other critical applications.
2018 - Present
ODN makes significant infrastructure investments to provide a new set of vastly improved and cost effective offerings to critical network operators and users.
